Being the river, and probably a BAA stretch, they have a blanket ban on nightfishing.
And being the west midlands, i would imagine that B+B's are quite cheap.
If there's any left after the flooding.
Of the 13 people who said yes to the fish-in, only 7 of us have said yes to the 26th.
Where are the others?
e.g. Paul, who knows the area, and the best stretches to fish.
P'raps the moths flew off with it!!!
B&B is probably the best plan at this time of year.
Depending on what is left of the West Midlands after these floods....
I feel really sorry for all those people who have been affected by this flooding
I'm ok with the date, but it can be busy on a weekend with matches and pleasure anglers, i tend to fish the area during the week so i am not sure how busy it gets nowadays, i will see what i can find out in the week.
Guys -- I'm ok for 26th...I just have very basic tackle..is that ok..no centre pin..I'm going to try my luck at this freshwater fishing tomorrow at Twynersh near Chertsey..I'll report back
Concider me in for Bewdley. Is it possible for someone to give me a lift[transport wise] and save the horrors of travelling on public transport with a 12foot two piece rod. Mike - Tameside -East Manchester.
I won't know until almost the last minute whether I will be able to go - but I'm working on the assumption that i will. If it is on for the 26th can someone fax me a map of Bewdley fishery whereabouts and the meet point (when it is agreed). Fax no: 020 8470 8404. Hope to see all on 26th and catch some fish!
Alan, how many do you think will be up for it, i have to call into Mal Storeys in the Morn, he may let us use his sretch, roach 2lb+ barbel 11+,chub, dace, etc. (nr Bewdley)
